We collaborate with the client’s preferred contractor and architect from the pre-construction phase through the final walk-through.
Once the plans are finalized, we curate a cohesive interior palette of tile, countertops, flooring, and cabinetry. We source decorative fixtures including plumbing, lighting, bath accessories, and cabinet hardware, and we specify interior and exterior paint, stain, millwork, and wall coverings.
During construction, we attend milestone site visits with project managers and subcontractors to oversee a seamless implementation of all selected finishes.
We guide our clients through all interior and exterior finish selections and provide detailed documentation for all selections, including elevation drawings, digital design boards, and finish selection packages.

We will measure and draw the existing space, or work with an existing architectural plan set to determine a variety of layout concepts that reflect the lifestyle and preferences of our clients.
Once the space plans are approved, we will select upholstered furniture, case goods and area rugs, and layer in lighting, window treatments, bedding, artwork and accessories. We oversee procurement of the proposed items, including order placement, tracking, and installation.
We will keep you informed without feeling overwhelmed! While you wait for your new furnishings, we provide lead time updates and ensure that all pieces are accounted for and inspected prior to install day.
